Roy Lee Henry

Roy Henry, 84, of Louisville Ky, passed away on Tuesday, July 5^th, 2023 at his home. Roy was born in Louisville on October 15^th, 1938 the son of Victor Franklin Henry and Ethel Henry nee Cook. He enjoyed going to the boat, playing the lottery, cruises, and buffets; his favorite TV show was Walker Texas Ranger, and he loved visiting with his kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids.

Roy is preceded in death by his loving wife of 55 years, Peggy Henry. He leaves behind to cherish his memory her daughter Angela Taylor (Bruce); son Brian Henry (Christy); grandchildren Josh (Jawny), Morgan (Tommy), Jill, Amber, Chris, and Kaley; and great-grandchildren Hunter, Sylas, Isaiah, Dawson and Hartley.

A service celebrating Roy’s life will be held at 1:30 pm on Tuesday July 11^th, 2023 at Louisville Memorial Gardens Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd, Louisville Ky, 40241. Visitation will be held the same day from 10:00 am until the time of service.
