Wells, Richard "Rick" L., 66, passed away Friday October 16, 2015 at Baptist Hospital East.
He was born in Louisville to Wilber Ordell and Mary Thelma (Hord) Wells. Rick was a retired truck driver for the old Allied Ready Mix. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
Survivors include his loving wife of 32 years, Cheryl L. (Douglas) Wells; a Son, Jason Wells MD (Betsy); two daughters: Denna Wells Evans and Melodye Halter; three grandchildren: Dusten Evans (Kristina), Lauren Evans and Dexter Wells; and three great-grandchildren; and a sister: Debora Wells.
Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
