Ramae Volz

Ramae Darling Beedle "Nanny" Volz, 84, of Prospect, wife of the late Myron "Bud" Volz, died Sunday, July 23, 2017 in her home after a long battle with dementia and alzheimer's disease. She is survived by two daughters, Kathy Palmer (Tim) of Lebec, California and Maggie Hoffman (Scott) of Prospect, and son, Thomas Volz (Nancy) of Simi Valley, California; 15 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Nanny's love and compassion for her friends and family, but most importantly her grandchildren will be remembered by all.
A service celebrating Nanny's life will be Monday, August 7, at 2:00 PM, at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East 11601 Ballardsville Road. Entombment will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East, Mausoleum Chapel 1. Visitation will be Monday, August 7, from 12:00 pm until service time.
