Phillip Eugene Amburgy, 61, of Radcliff, KY, died Monday, March 17, 2014 at North Hardin Health & Rehabilitation Center in Radcliff.
He is survived by his mother, Virginia Amburgy; three brothers, David Amburgy, Glenn Amburgy and Bruce Amburgy; and two sisters, Pamela Adkins and Carol Prather.
Burial will follow in the Louisville Memorial Gardens East in Louisville, KY.
