PRZYSTAWSKI, NICHOLAS "NICK," 78, passed away peacefully on March 31, 2014 with his family by his side. Nick is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Mary Ann Przystawski, his children, Dr. Nicholas Przystawski, Dr. Brian (Susan) Przystawski, and Christine Pryce (Christopher Shean); five grandchildren, Emily and Elizabeth Przystawski, David and Kevin Przystawski, and Molly Shean. The family would like to thank Dr. Jason Meckler, Dr. Hasselbacker (VA Hospital), the nurses and staff in Palliative Care Unit at Baptist Health, and Hosparus of Louisville. Burial at Louisville Memorial East
