PHELPS, Michael Aaron, 39, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, March 5, 2016 at his home.
Born in Louisville, he was a 1995 graduate of Male High School and attended Bellarmine University. He was a member of Beechwood Baptist Church, enjoyed playing softball and was an avid UofL fan.
Aaron was preceded in death by a grandfather, J.W. Phelps.
He is survived by his wife, Stephanie Redmon Phelps; daughter, Caitlyn Olivia Phelps; mother, Patricia Chapman; father, Mike Phelps (Jill); siblings, Justin Phelps (Lindsey), Josh Phelps, and Kayla Phelps; step-siblings, Josh Whitehouse (Missy), Angela Gottee (Mike), and Lauren Whitehouse; grandparents, Robert and Virginia Chapman; grandmother, Lois Phelps; a loving extended family; and numerous friends.
Aaron's funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Friday, March 11, 2016 at Beechwood Baptist Church, 201 Biltmore Road, 40207, with entombment to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East, Hwy 22.
