Mary Black

Black, Mary Jo,81, of LaGrange, KY, passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2015. She was a retired Deputy County Clerk and a Methodist. Mary Jo will always be remembered as a snappy dresser and a great cook, especially her green beans and cheese grits. She loved the beach, going to the YMCA, NASCAR, and cats and always watched The Young and the Restless between 4 and 5 p.m. Preceding her in death was her husband, Harold Black. Survivors include her children, Scott Black (Teresa) and Kathy Black-Dennis (Gary); sister, Kathleen McDonald; and her grandchildren whom she loved dearly, Harrison Black and Kate Dennis. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
