Karen Fallon

Karen Alice Klein Fallon, 75, of Louisville, KY passed away on May 31, 2017. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and sister. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on April 23, 1942 to Norman Oscar and Thora Karen Klein and was raised in Louisville, KY. She graduated from Durrett High School in 1960. She completed her B.S. in Elementary Education at the University of Kentucky and received her M.A. in Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She was an enthusiastic and caring teacher and administrator who taught in Kentucky and Ohio for over 25 years.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Tom Fallon; her brother Karl J. Klein, MD (Sue Ellen) of Cookeville, TN; her daughters Mina Stier (John) and Kristen Zabell (Kurtis). She was proud of and loved her 5 grandchildren: Sam, Tori and Rachel (Stier) and Karsen and Zach (Zabell).
