John Cloyd Jr

John W. Cloyd, Jr., 84, passed away on October 8, 2015. He was a Navy Veteran and retired from the Ford Motor Company. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia E. Cloyd. He is survived by his son, John (Michele); daughter, Jan; granddaughter, Brittney; grandsons, John and Jordan and great grandson, Benjamin. Special thanks to family friend, Debbie Loyd, who helped care for him. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A service celebrating John's life will be held 1:00 pm Monday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Rd. Visitation will be from 11:00 am Monday at the funeral home until service time. Memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
