JoAnn Noel Kingsley, 93, passed away on July 2, 2022. She was born on March 24, 1929, in Bellevue, Kentucky to the late James Ellis Thomas and Anna Mae Klouse Thomas. JoAnn was a former telephone operator and a member of Lyndon Christian Church. JoAnn is survived by her daughter Laura Hancock and her husband Peter. JoAnn will be remembered with love and affection. She will be missed. There will be no visitation or services at this time.
