James Robert Troutman

James Robert Troutman Left us to go fishing with his maker on June 17th, 2023.  He was a good Christian man who worked for Sam Meyers Formal Wear for over 20 years and retired from Kroger after over a decade of diligent service.  He was much beloved and respected by his peers, friends and family alike.  He is survived in life by his wife, Martha Troutman, his children, Gary Bolin and Heather Mitchell, and his 6 wonderful grandchildren, Storm Mitchell, Tesla Mitchell, David Nathan Bolin, Skyonna Carson, Jacob Mitchell and Gabriel Mitchell.

James (Pop) spent his life praising Jesus and never meeting a stranger.  His love was never ending and he was a literal Giving Tree in his community.  He will be welcomed home into the arms of his beloved mother Barbara Faith and his father Robert Troutman.  Visitation will be held at Louisville Memorial Gardens East (11601 Ballardsville Rd, in Louisville) on Monday June 26th, 2023 from 11 am to 6 pm. Services are at the same on Tuesday June 27th, 2023 at noon.  Feel free to come before that for a small visit before the ceremony starts.
