David Cunningham

David Cunningham, 64, died Monday, April 7, 2014 at Baptist Health Louisville. He was born in Louisville January 28, 1950 the son of the late Eugene & Mary Steltenpohl Cunningham.
David was a retired Route Salesman with Rainbo Bread and a retired JCPS bus driver. He was also a member of the Teamsters Local #89.
Survivors include his daughter, Rachel Ehrhart (Matt), and his son, Brian Cunningham (Kaley). Three grandchildren, Madelyn, Emily and Hannah also survive. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by two sisters, Catherine & Mary, and his brother, Henry "Hank".
A service celebrating David's life will be held 11:00 am Friday at Louisville Memorial Gardens Funeral Home East, 11601 Ballardsville Road. Burial will follow at Louisville Memorial Gardens East. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 Thursday at the funeral home.
