Austin Dean Howley 21, of Crestwood, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2013.
He was a member of Southeast Christian Church Crestwood Campus and an auto detailer for Champion Chevrolet.
Survivors include his parents: David and Cheryll Howley; sister: Courtney Brown (Troy); grandparents: Charles and Wanda Howley and Randy and Shirley Dean.
A funeral service will be conducted at 7:30 PM Thursday at Southeast Christian Church Crestwood Campus. Visitation from 5:30 until service . Burial in Louisville Memorial Gardens East
