Ahmed Amini

Ahmad Amini (born 9/6/1929) passed away July 13, 2015.
He attended Military school and achieved the rank of colonel in
the Army, he further studied survey engineering and achieved the M.S. degree. He retired from military in 1979 but had a survey
engineering company and was involved in entrepreneurial activities involving building houses, villas, and
hospitals until the late 90's.

His survivors include his wife of 55
years Mina Amini, daughter Elham, son Amir, daughter-in-law
Mitra, and grand children Arya and Tonya, all residing in Louisville
KY. He was a wonderful mentor to his children and dearly loved his family. He enjoyed
traveling and visited many parts of the world in Asia, Africa, Europe, and Americas. Ahmad had a
personality as big as his heart and fought a valiant battle
with cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
