Phyllis was born February 18, 1936, in LaGrange, KY to the late Leslie and Bertha (Prather) Williamson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Luke Hedges.
Survivors include Phyllis' children, Barry Wayne and Deborah Hedges, Belinda and Rick Baker, Terry and Eulaine Hedges, and Melissa and Don Miller; 8 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and many extended family members and friends.
with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens East.
