Peggy Newton

Peggy Lee Brewer Newton, 60, of Louisville passed away Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Kindred Hospital Louisville, St. Anthony Pl. She was born in Portsmouth, VA to the late William and Nancy Brewer. Peggy loved her family, enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, and cooking for the holidays. Peggy was a very kind and giving person who was always helping those who were less fortunate or in need. She had a heart of gold.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Chad Asher and a twin sister, Patricia Ann Brewer.

She is survived by her husband and life long friend, Terry Newton, Sr.; son, Terry Newton, Jr.; sister, Lue Peabody; grandchildren, Hannah Newton and Abby Bell; niece, Jennifer Estep; nephews, Ronnie and Jason Harris, and Nolan Newton Gies; and Aunts Florence Muncy and Leona S. Nichols.
